I used to do this type of part when I was a wee lad. Its actually quite easy to get those precise edges to come out looking like a zig zag stitch. The operation only requires a little patience and a small comb. My attempt fell short of my desired idea of what a zig zag part should look like. Practice is key so better luck next time.
