Sequoia National Park

Momma bear and two of her cubs crossing the road.
The moss that grows on the Seqouia tree trunk is lime green and feels like rubber.
The water was cold, but felt refreshing after the hike.

This is the General Sherman Tree of Giant Forest.

We brewed Wild Huckleberry Tea over the fire in these mugs.

We took a road trip to the Sequoias for the weekend and stayed at Lodgepole campground. Drove up early Friday morning and then hiked to the General Sherman Tree. The General Sherman was ten times  as wide as the rest of the trees and its roots were massive. Saturday we hiked to a waterfall and went swimming.
