Hola, Today is HALLOWEEN and HALLOWEEN is one of my favorite days because you get to dress up and watch others dress up with you. I am going to dress as GI Jane today because I luckily came across these insane camo army pants at the thrift store yesterday when I was looking to purchase something for someone else. I had no time to try the pants on, but used that method of wrapping the waist around my neck. I had the best luck and the pants actually fit.

Made the top out of a mesh lingerie tank top and iron on flower patches. Might need to sew the patches on bc the iron didn't make the glue melt enough. Perhaps it is that the adhesive does not affiliate well with the nylon spandex fibers.

There is hope for everyone with a silver fetish. Who knew that silver foil tape that can be found here can actually serve as a pair of shoes temporary outerwear and temporary rings for my digits. I also have some Jacolantern grill (Example of the "Grill" I'm referring to) ideas for my work Halloween Costume. You can really use it on anything. Take to the streets... put it on the rims of your car, put it on your pencils at the office, put it on your finger nails, the ideas are endless. I am so optimistic for the future. Thank you Scotch Tape for this amazing opportunity.

When I saw this seventies printed top I thought... yes yes yes... Give it to me!! I die for anything 60's or 70's. So I was excited when I noticed that the price was less than 2 bucks. Tomorrow is Sunday and I want to hit the Fairfax flee market, but not for anything specific. I should be working on my Halloween costume. I think I'm going to be Big Bird for the Costume contest at work. I know Im short... So I guess I'll be a petite Big Bird OxyMORON situation. Could be kinda cute.

I know this outfit is a little bright for Fall, but lets face it its in the 100's in Long Beach today so I'm going to pretend its still Summer. Tie died these shorts a few months ago and I'm pretty happy with how well they have held their color.
