Project Poke was really good!  I tried the spam musubi, s & t burrito (salmon and tuna), salmon and combo donuts.  My favorite item was the burrito because they give you a lot of fish.  I would have to say the spam musubi was my second favorite and the donuts were okay just because there wasn't enough fish on them.  All in all great place if I go back I'm going to have to get the burrito again because it was a ten out of ten for me.
